Now manage your bookings on bookingcommerce with great ease. Based on your schedule and availability, you can easily cancel, approve or reschedule your bookings.
To cancel the booking, go through the below steps:
- On your bookingcommerce dashboard, select Booking.
- Here you will get the list of bookings made by your customer. Click on three dots at the right corner of the booking which you want to cancel and select Edit Booking.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Booking.
- Going back to the Booking section, you will the status of the respective booking as Cancelled.
