Bookingcommerce provides an add-on feature to integrate Google Calendar file into your booking system and automatically add all the booking appointment details created by the customer.
Enabling this add-on, first, you need to configure your email template by adding this placeholder: “{%google_calendar%}”
Thus, both you and your customer will receive a Google Calendar link on each booking received via mail.

Installation Guide:
- On your BookingCommerce dashboard, go to Add-Ons.
- In Add-Ons section, you will find Google Calendar. Click Install to install the add-on.
- The Add-on has been successfully installed. Now, visit the Mail Configuration section & configure mail templates by adding a placeholder: “{%google_calendar%}”.The same will appear as a Google Calendar link in the emails received for each booking with an option: Add Event to Google Calendar.
